02无焰泄放装置 Flameless Venting Device
无焰泄放装置主要由爆破片和无焰泄放灭焰网组成，本装置安装在被保护的设备上，正常运行时，泄爆板处于密闭状态，一旦装置内发生粉尘爆炸，爆破片在达到爆破压力范围时瞬间开启，爆炸压力会从阻火网的缝隙中泄出，火焰通过灭焰层元件，迅速将高温火焰冷却，达到猝灭效果，保证火焰不被传播，以防止产生二次或者多次爆炸，保护设备和周围人员的安全。The flameless venting device mainly consists of a rupture disc and a flameless relief flame extinguishing net. This device is installed on the protected equipment. During normal operation, the explosion relief plate is in a sealed state. 03 单向隔爆阀 One-way Explosion Valve
单向隔爆阀可以防止爆炸从初始位置向其他工艺单元传播，避免“二次”或系统爆炸事故，从而减轻爆炸灾害。
