2.1 非织专区｜全流程智能装备，硬核参数显优势
S-Roll technology of SY-type hot calender. The bottom roller is a S-Roll, speed Max. 850m/min with a linear pressure range of 0-150N/mm. The linear pressure controls the deformation of the S-Roll stepless pressure-regulating uniform roll, enabling self-adaptation between linear pressure setting and deflection compensation, and ensuring uniform material thickness across the entire width.
2、热轧机的上辊为两支热轧花辊，可根据生产需要快速互换且独立传动、温度独立控制，具有更换花纹品种快，可不停机换辊，浪费小，成品率高等特点；
The top rollers of the hot calender are two hot-rolled patterned rollers. They can be swapped as needed, with independent transmission and independent temperature control. This design allows quick pattern change, roll replacement without stopping the machine, minimal waste, and high product yield.
3、热轧机最高运行速度可达850m/min，最高温度可达180℃；
The hot calender has a maximum operating speed of up to 850m/min and a maximum temperature of up to 180℃.
4、可选配浸液机和烘箱，可生产出更多功能的非织造布；
Optional dipping machine and drying machine, enabling production of nonwoven fabrics with more functions.
5、高速收卷机最高速度可达900m/min，最大收卷直径达φ3500 mm；
The high-speed winder has a maximum speed of up to 900m/min and a maximum winding diameter of φ3500mm.
6、高速收卷机配置备用卷布轴装置、预加速装置、快速横切刀、自动在线换卷装置、自动张力控制系统、扩幅辊装置等，实现高速在线持续卷绕，提高生产效率；
The high-speed winder is equipped with a standby winding shaft device, pre-acceleration device, quick cross-cutting knife, automatic online roll changing device, automatic tension control system, and spreading roll device. These features realize continuous high-speed online winding and improve production efficiency.
7、高速收卷机与高速分切机之间配置了多个工位的过渡储卷架，可以缓存多个布卷，并具有质检取样、自动称重、缓慢转动防止布卷失圆等功能；
Multi-station transition roll storage racks are installed between the winder and slitter. These can buffer multiple fabric rolls and has functions such as quality inspection sampling, automatic weighing, and slow rotation to prevent fabric roll out-of-roundness.
8、高速分切机的母卷最大直径达φ3500 mm，宽度达4800 mm；子卷直径达φ1500mm，最小宽度60 mm；
8. The high-speed slitter handles Max master roll is φ3500 mm and width 4800 mm, Max finished reel is φ1500 mm and minimum slitting width is 60 mm.
9、主动分切刀和自动排刀系统，定位精度达到0.05mm，保证了分切后的产品无毛边；

10、采用自动推卷、自动放轴、自动横断、料头自动上卷等装置，实现稳定自动换卷；
10. Equipped with devices such as automatic coil pushing, automatic shaft releasing, automatic cross-cutting, and automatic material head coiling, it achieves stable and automatic roll changing.
11、整线智能张力控制，张力传感器+锥度闭环控制，保证不同材料的稳定分切和卷绕；
11. The entire line adopts intelligent tension control, featuring tension sensors and taper closed-loop control, ensuring stable slitting and winding of different materials.
12、自动拔轴系统可以在60秒内自动完成拔轴、移位、穿纸筒等动作；
12. The automatic shaft pulling system can automatically complete actions such as shaft pulling, shifting, and paper tube threading within 60 seconds.
13、模块化料斗系统：高强度结构，承受持续冲击载荷、由精密电机与重载回转支承驱动，实现±0.5°内的精准翻转与定位；
13. Modular hopper system: It features a high-strength structure that can withstand continuous impact loads. Driven by precision motors and heavy-duty slewing bearings, it achieves accurate flipping and positioning within ±0.5°.
14、机器人智能分拣装置：搭载6轴高负载工业机器人，臂端配备自适应真空吸盘、气涨轴式端拾器、自动贴标装置，确保对卷材和纸板衬料的不同类型稳定抓取和精准摆放；

Robotic intelligent sorting device: Equipped with a 6-axis high-load industrial robot, the arm end is furnished with adaptive vacuum suction cups, air-expanding shaft type end effectors, and an automatic labeling device, ensuring stable grasping and precise placement of different types of coiled materials and cardboard liners.
15、闭环柔性输送线：分段式辊筒设计，变频电机驱动，关键工位设有定位挡停器与换向装置，确保卷材在工位间的精确定位与有序流转；
15.Closed-loop flexible conveyor line: Adopting a segmented roller design and driven by variable frequency motors, key stations are equipped with positioning stoppers and reversing devices to ensure precise positioning and orderly flow of coiled materials between stations.
16、集成式包装站：立式摇臂缠绕机集成于输送线中，通过PLC同步控制，实现卷材即到即包，膜架升降与摇臂旋转的伺服控制，缠膜张力恒定、重叠率精确。
16. Integrated packaging station: A vertical rocker arm wrapping machine is integrated into the conveyor line, controlled synchronously by PLC to realize immediate packaging of coiled materials upon arrival. The servo control of film frame lifting and rocker arm rotation ensures constant film wrapping tension and precise overlap rate.
17、可靠性与安全性：减少人力投入，避免操作过程中的人为错误、设有急停按钮、防护栏，安全防护到位。
17. Reliability and safety: It reduces manual input and avoids human errors during operation. Emergency stop buttons and protective barriers are provided, ensuring adequate safety protection.
