企业简介
常熟纺织机械厂有限公司始建于1958年，是中国织机用开口装置专业研发和生产企业。公司产品涵盖织机用开口装置（多臂、提花机、踏盘）三大系列，形成了以电子开口装置为主，机械开口装置为辅的系列产品。公司占地面积168亩，标准生产厂房3万多平方米。公司拥有各类进口数控机床、精密测试设备30多台（套），员工260多名，其中各类专技人员90多名，建有“省级企业技术中心”和“纺织机械工程中心”，是国家专精特新“小巨人”企业。
Changshu Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., established in 1958, is a specialized enterprise in China engaged in the research, development, and production of shedding devices for weaving machines. The company's product range covers three major series of shedding devices for weaving machines (dobby, jacquard, and cam), forming a product portfolio that primarily focuses on electronic shedding devices, supplemented by mechanical shedding devices. The company occupies an area of 168 acres (approximately 11.2 hectares) with over 30,000 square meters of standardized production workshops. It is equipped with more than 30 sets of imported CNC machine tools and precision testing equipment and employs over 260 staff, including more than 90 specialized technical personnel. The company has established a "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" and a "Textile Machinery Engineering Center" and is recognized as a national "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in refined, unique, and innovative technologies.

直驱电机具有低转速、大扭矩输出特性，相对伺服电机，无需减速机构，大幅降低故障率。
替代传统的有立轴传动方式，简洁美观，绿色节能。
柔性启停，减少对提花机的机械冲击，延长使用寿命。
根据花型的组织特点，优化调整运动曲线，运行更加平稳。
根据织物的工艺要求，可以方便地调整开口的角度位置。
提花机独立运转，对织机的电机功率无额外要求。
